Employment
Jobs on church payrolls, staff of church schools and hospitals, vocational centres, and livelihood programmes.
Employment entries count jobs or training places, not attendance. Teachers at a church school, nurses at a church hospital, parish staff, and trainees who completed a named vocational course can each be an entry when a payroll, an annual report, or a study gives a number and a date.
Do not turn a Sunday headcount into a jobs figure. Do not add school staff (already part of an education institution) to a second national “jobs created” claim unless the source is an employment survey with a stated method. Where a church is a large local employer, say which institution and which year.
Livelihood programmes — tailoring, farming, apprenticeships — belong here when the outcome is recorded (people trained, people placed, businesses still open after a stated period). A launch-day photograph is not that record.
Wages and “naira injected” belong under economy, and only with a method. A headcount of staff stays here.
